report of physical activity




Physical activity makes us healthier and more beautiful. It is necessary for us to do physical activities.
I went to climb the Purple Mountain with my father four times during the winter holiday. Although it is winter, climbing made me sweat and felt as hot as summer. Obviously, climbing took me a lot of energy.
At the first time, I almost couldn’t move at approximately 2/3 of the mountain. At the fourth time, I climbed faster. Though I sweated a lot, I didn’t feel exhausted when I was climbing. I got healthier and I lost weight.
Actually, physical activity is not only used to lose our weight, but also let us face the difficulties. When I was climbing, there was a steep slope that there is no tree but only stones. I was afraid of that I didn’t want to climb anymore. At that time, my father walked on the hard stone, after a while, he climbed at the half of the stone slope. ‘Don’t be afraid, that is just a piece of cake for you’, father encouraged me. I climbed step by step; I tried to forget that is a steep slope. Finally, I climbed over it. When I looked back, I couldn’t believe that I climbed on such a steep slope. I was proud of myself. I learnt that ‘never give up and face the difficulties’
Climbing and tae kwon do are so difficult for me. After I did tae kwon down everytime, my body was tingle and I have a pain in my legs. I learnt forward roll, leg pressing and so on. Climbing and tae kwon do let me know that I need to face the difficulties not to avoid them. There are a lot of challenges in my life. I am lack of enduring hardships and being capable of hard work.
Because of the physical activity, I learnt that I need to endure hardships and face the difficulties in both study and life. Physical activity told me not to give up anything. It benefits me and encourages me.
This spring , I started to learn aerobics.Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness. It is usually performed to music and may be practiced in a group setting led by an instructor, although it can be done solo and without musical accompaniment. When I do the aerobic with the music, I feel very relaxed and calm. I like this very much.
Though tae kwon do is one way to defend ourselves, we can’t deny that it is a good physical activity. it can stretch every part of my body, my fitness goal is practicing every part of my body and take some fat out. Tea kwon do fit my goal.
I think climbing and tae kwon do are all training my volition and work hard without complaint,The limitation of tae kwon do is it is indoor activity. It is required for ordered area. Climbing is limited by the weather. If it is cats and dogs, climbing is dangerous. so Physical activity makes me healthier and braver lifestyle !
